You can revoke the Connector’s access to any QuickBooks company at any time.
From QuickBooks Online
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online for the company.
- Go to Settings (gear icon) → Apps, or visit your Intuit account’s Connected apps.
- Find Rainmaker BI Connector and choose Disconnect.
Once disconnected, the Connector immediately loses access and can no longer read that company’s data. Any locally stored authorisation for that company stops working.
